The project

CHI MI Wellness & Beauty is a beauty and wellness center in Atakum, Samsun, offering everything from ice laser hair removal and HydraFacial to bioresonance therapy and medical massage. For brand owner Özgür İnce, we built a custom-designed WordPress site that organizes this wide service range into one clear flow and routes visitors straight to booking via WhatsApp and phone.

Challenge

CHI MI's offering spread across very different categories: hair removal, skin care, brow and lash work, permanent makeup, and wellness therapies. The challenge was to present this variety without overwhelming visitors, give each treatment the detail it deserved, and convey the trust and hygiene perception that is decisive in the beauty sector. The brand needed to be visible in local search, and every click had to convert into a booking as smoothly as possible.

Result

CHI MI now has a digital storefront that presents its broad service range in a premium, trust-building voice without feeling scattered. Visitors quickly find the treatment they want, get informed through video and FAQ, and book in one tap via WhatsApp. The site gives the brand a fast, mobile-smooth, locally visible foundation that strengthens its position in Samsun.

What we did

    We simplified the service architecture

    We grouped dozens of treatments into logical clusters such as hair removal, skin care, brow & lash, permanent makeup, and wellness therapies, giving each its own narrative and imagery. A visitor reaches the treatment they're looking for in seconds.

    We foregrounded trust and hygiene

    We placed the messages of top-tier hygiene, personalized skin analysis, and expert touch at the heart of the layout, and used a video gallery and FAQ to answer pre-treatment questions and remove hesitation before booking.

    We wired every page to booking

    We kept WhatsApp and click-to-call buttons fixed and visible across every service page, and reinforced visibility in Samsun searches with a mobile-first, fast-loading build and local SEO.
