The project
Kargomucuz is a cargo marketplace that lets individuals and e-commerce sellers compare real-time shipping rates across carriers like Yurtiçi, Sürat, PTT, HepsiJET, UPS and Kolay Gelsin. At Worgoo we built a custom Node.js platform that brings shipment creation, price comparison, payment and tracking into a single panel, wired to marketplace and API integrations.
Challenge
Anyone shipping a parcel had to chase each carrier's separate tariff, desi calculation and contract terms one by one, while e-commerce sellers juggled fulfilling every marketplace order on a different carrier. The need was an infrastructure that consolidated this fragmented process onto one screen with instant, reliable pricing — while answering hundreds of rate queries fast.

Approach
We unified six major carriers' tariffs in a single Node.js service, automated desi/weight calculation and built a comparison engine that returns live rate queries in seconds.
We merged membership, shipment creation, barcode generation, tracking and wallet/card payment into a single 5-step flow, with weekly reconciliation and prepaid balance logic built into the panel.
We connected Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11 and Shopify orders into the panel and shipped a documented developer API, so sellers manage every sales channel from one place.
