The project

Turan Elektronik is an expert TV and monitor panel repair service in Küçükçekmece, Istanbul with 10+ years of experience. For a company offering panel replacement, T-Con/mainboard/power-board repair, COF-IC bonding and refurbished TV sales across dozens of brands like Samsung, LG, Sony and Vestel, we built a custom Node.js catalog and service-tracking platform that lists products and services by brand and screen size, shows pricing, and routes customers into a WhatsApp-based quote flow.

Challenge

Panel repair is a highly technical, fragmented field — the right part depends on brand, screen size and the failing board (T-Con, mainboard, power board, COF), and a standard storefront couldn't present that variety clearly. Customers struggled to find the correct part or read pricing and warranty terms, so every request had to be re-explained by phone and the team was buried in quoting. On top of that, customers who dropped off devices kept asking 'where is my repair?', creating constant repetitive load.

Result

Turan Elektronik moved its fragmented, technical service range into an organized digital storefront where customers can find the right panel and board on their own. The brand-based catalog and WhatsApp quote flow cut the load of requests that previously had to be explained from scratch by phone, while the service-tracking module turned 'where is my repair?' into self-service. The result is a trustworthy, search-discoverable online presence worthy of 10+ years of field experience.

Approach

What we did

  1. 01

    Brand- and screen-based catalog architecture

We organized every panel, board and refurbished TV into a catalog browsable by brand (Samsung, LG, Sony, Vestel) and screen size (24"-98"); each item carries price and warranty info, with board types (T-Con, mainboard, power board, COF) split into clear categories.

  2. 02

    WhatsApp-driven quote and contact flow

Instead of a cart/checkout, we wired every product and service page to clear 'Get Info Now' and one-tap WhatsApp call-to-actions that fit the sector; the customer goes from finding a part to requesting a quote without losing context.

  3. 03

    Service tracking and content infrastructure

We built a 'Service Tracking' module where customers can check repair status, plus a blog of brand/fault-focused SEO articles and an FAQ section, all on a fast, mobile-first Node.js foundation.
