The project

Viva Cosmetics is the official distributor of dozens of international grooming brands — NISHMAN, Nishlady, JRL and Barbertime among them. We had to bring a catalogue of 400+ products into a single storefront serving both barber/salon professionals and end consumers. We built a fast, multilingual, multi-currency Shopify store from scratch.

Challenge

A broad catalogue (400+ SKUs across dozens of brands), both B2B and B2C audiences in the same storefront, international shipping and multiple currencies. All of it had to be solved without slowing down, without friction at checkout, and without cheapening the brand.

Result

Viva Cosmetics now has a store that presents 400+ products in one place, fed by promotions and affiliates, and ready for international sales — infrastructure that scales a distributor-grade catalogue without strain.

Approach

What we did

  1. 01

    Catalogue & collection architecture

    We clustered 400+ products by brand, category and use case. With faceted filtering, best-sellers and promo collections, we built clean navigation where a visitor finds what they need in seconds.

  2. 02

    Multi-language & multi-currency

    The store runs in multiple languages and currencies; checkout, shipping thresholds and tax were configured for international sales. The €49.99/€99.99 free-shipping thresholds were designed to lift average order value.

  3. 03

    Brand perception & conversion

    A dark, premium theme that sheds the template feel; we set up recurring sales channels with email newsletter, an affiliate program and a promo bar — all optimized to keep Shopify's speed intact.
